 * Regarding the feature request you mentioned, while I appreciate you cannot give
   any time estimates. Does WordFence provide a list of future updates to come, 
   so we can keep track of the status of this.

   this was user error.

 * They’ve told me that they’re using the Microsoft Authenticator. Is this likely
   to cause an issue?
 * I’m not sure why the authenticator app being used would cause a problem.
