Hi Jon,
They was a site admin, I logged into their account on my computer and did the same thing and it was disappearing.
I’ve created them a new user with a different username and the problem isn’t happening anymore which is strange.
I check the console on their computer when I was running the tests as well and no errors were coming up.
It was just hugely strange that it was only happening on their user and just wanted to check if this had happened before.
