 * OK thank you, I really don’t get why the ppom fields don’t appear on the select
   list.. I tried to write the meta key, but the data doesn’t appear on the export
   file.

 * If you are still interested, I’ve found the solution, you have to change line
   132 and use utf-8:
    $headers .= ‘Content-type: text/plain; charset=utf-8’ . “\
   r\n”;
