 * Just incase anyone gets this issue when they move a site url as explained and
   no customer data is showing. The fix is as follows.
 * Goto>Analytics>Settings>
 * At the bottom is says ‘Import Historical Data’. Click that and hey presto all
   fixed.

 * Hi there.
 * Yep I changed the Site URL from [http://www.website.com/dev](http://www.website.com/dev)
   to [http://www.website.com](http://www.website.com)
    Wordpress URL remains [http://www.website.com/dev](http://www.website.com/dev)
 * Thought it might be something to do with that though never built a shop before.
 * Cleared the Cache and still the same 🙁
 * Any other thoughts?
 * Many thanks

 * Not sure what happened though everything seems to be working with no errors.
   I suspect it was to do with the Avada child theme not being active. Through trouble
   shooting and other support help the theme became active. I’m pretty sure this
   resolved the problem. Hope this helps others.
