Fixed it. Some of the images that the client had loaded were HUGE (4000×3000 at 480dpi.)! Got them to change them for smaller versions. Accounts are typically not actively restricted until they exceed those resource limitations exceptionally. I have also bought the damned thing for the “preferred support” but there has been none. I’ve posted elsewhere about this and no one has answered for weeks. * I like the IDEA of this plugin, but it has been performing sub-par, and the service has been very bad.
