 * I got the same problem. At the cart page shipping won’t work. You have to go 
   to the checkout enter your address, go back to the cart and know you can select
   the correct shipping type. In my case local pickup or flatrate.
 * Okay, found my problem…i just removed the shipping calculator because I thought
   I won’t need it…
