 * Thanks Paul, I’m applying the upgrade to the site now and will feed back in need.

 * Hi Paul,
Yeah, I guess what I’m asking is, if I fully implement the WP Simple
Firewall on a site, can I do away with the need for any or all of these plugins,
or is there still a need for other plugins to supplement or complement what the
WP Simple Firewall does? Thanks, Russell

 * Great, thanks Paul. Yeah, I’m finding Jetpack Single Sign On to be another good
way to enhance the whole centralised WP management process.

 * I’m now wondering whether I didn’t test this on a site with too many security
plugins/settings enabled! I was just able to login using Jetpack Single Sign
On, although no Two-Factor Login Verification message was generated.

 * After setting up Jetpack Single Sign On, if one clicks on the “Log in with WordPress.
com” button, the Two-Factor Login Verification message isn’t generated. One cannot
then log into WordPress Admin without entering Username/Password in the conventional
   way.

 * I have also just received one of these mails. Fortunately it was the day after
I upgraded all sites for which I’m responsible (including the one referred to
in the message) to WP 4.1, so the reference to an upgrade to WordPress 4.0.1
   rang some alarm bells. 🙁

 * Thanks, I see what you mean. Thanks again for making WordPress security accessible
   to “the rest of us”!
 * p.s. I’ve now made the plugin part of the standard WordPress “Build” for my clients:
