 * No, the problem exists.
 * Can I do anything else?
    I just want that users who click the checkbox at the
   payment step, to be added as “subscribed” in Mailchimp.
 * That’s currently not happening.
    THe plugin adds every user, no metter if he 
   clicked the checkbox, and lists them as transactional emails only contacts.

 * I have 2.4.3 version.
    Do you mean I have to downgrade the version to previous
   one?
