 * Thanks for your reply, but i’m not sure it addresses the situation i’ve described.
 * The website’s domain _matches_ the domain of the email address I provided 100%,
   yet it says “This email address does not belong to the same domain as the site”.

 * Same problem here, v8.0 and WP 3.3.1 in multisite.
 * The site running the plugin gave this error:
    Error 310 (net::ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS):
   There were too many redirects.

 * That really helped, thank you! It would be nice if this became a setting in WP’s
   admin. When using (lots of) parent/child categories, it becomes quite a mess 
   when WP moves the selected ones to the top…

 * I’ve tried this plugin with 2 separate WP 2.8.4 installs, and nothing happened
   when i tried to duplicate pages (except for a blank screen).

 * I had the same problem.
 * What worked for me:
    My website was running on a php4 webserver. After it was
   transferred to a php5 machine, the sitemap was created perfectly. Apparently 
   it needs php5.
