This was very valuable comment! Good to know that we are not the only ones having these problems. Hopefully Thrive fixes these bugs soon. It has to do something with not loading everything in some AJAX-backend calls. We have to contact Thrive support. So, could it technically be that in these REST requests, Thrive Architect isn’t loading everything it should ( PHP License Class), and that’s why the error occurs? I was able to reinstall Sensei and delete data from there. After that I deleted Lifter data (with config define()) and reinstalled Lifter. Now it works 🙂 * Only course and lesson gutenberg blocks do not come automatically… I guess the DIVI theme might cause this? Well, I can always add them manually by searching the right block from gutenberg editor. * Thanks! There I can find only the original certificates… not the new ones. * So the new ones have not been generated at all, not a cache problem? Well… no luck so far… * Cache is now disabled (redis), but it does not help. I have upgraded LifterLMS to the newest version (4.5.0). * I try mark lesson uncompleted and again completed but certificate says excactly the same… * What else can I do to get the newest certificate, we need a way to get it updated.
