Our plugin and our underlying payment gateway actually consume the billing address name, which is most relevant in terms of minimizing fraud and chargebacks.

In reply to: [WooCommerce SecureSubmit Gateway] Several problems updating to 2.0.1@lephilissimo @lousaint Following up regarding the order button styling and general behavior – the updates in the version we released this morning (2.1.0) revert back to using WooCommerce’s order button instead of one created by our plugin. This should address the styling issues you noted. Please update if/when convenient and let us know if there is anything else we can help with.

Sorry to hear you experienced issues with the recent version releases. A new version was released this morning which may resolve the issue you described.
One thing to watch out for are issues with site caching solutions – we’ve seen a few instances recently where sites update the plugin files during the update, but serve some old resources to users. This typically results in a “token failure” of some sort.

Can you double check the configuration for this plugin? You will need to input a set of sandbox API keys, which you can acquire from our developer portal here: https://developer.heartlandpaymentsystems.com/Account/SignIn?ReturnUrl=%2fAccount%2fKeysandCredentials
Make sure you input these keys and check any other settings that are specific to your integration.

You will need sandbox credentials before attempting to use the plugin which you can access after signing up on our developer portal here: https://developer.heartlandpaymentsystems.com/Account/SignIn?ReturnUrl=%2fAccount%2fKeysandCredentials
Once you have the credentials added and saved, please try again. If you continue to have issues, please check the web inspector console for any errors and let us know what you’re seeing.
