Hi Nazmul – I just tried to submit a ticket and it says that i”m not allowed.

Hi Nazmul. Yes, I’ve done all of that. I’ve set up Remote site for Site A to Site B and for Site B to Site A. On both sites and checked all of the boxes. The set up is pretty easy to follow. It is still not working. Please help. Thanks!
