 * Hi! Thanks for the easy fix guideline. I’ve edited the theme and it looks great.
   I did, however, notice that the tagline for the site isn’t showing though I have
   specified on in the “theme options”. Any suggestions?

 * Thanks for getting back to me. I did switch to another theme after a couple of
   days of waiting because it looked pretty weird. Is there a way to simply ‘turn
   off’ the option that displays the feature image within the post? The theme I’m
   currently using doesn’t seem to have that issue, but I’d like to fix the NewsPro
   one

 * Well, it’s certainly faster than other themes I’ve come across according to Google
   Webmaster Central’s site, “on average, pages in my site take 6.7 seconds to load.
   This is slower than 85% of sites.” I installed the W3 total cache plugin and
   it helped cut off about a second from the load time. I can further reduce the
   size (according to the PageSpeed plugin) by eliminating useless bits of coding(
   this hover function improves the theme’s appearance, but I’d like to focus on
   speed right now).
 * I minified the plugins (total of 7 essential ones) through the W3 cache plugin,
   but the speed is still pretty high.
 * It could also be because I have 5 posts on the front page – I’d like to reduce
   that but don’t know how.
 * Any idea which other theme could help me here?

 * Hi esmi,
 * Your suggestion about increasing the memory gave me the idea that there could
   be memory problems with the PC i was using. I switched to a different machine
   and voila! no more crashing.
 * Thanks for helping.

 * Just did that by installing the Memory Bump plugin. Doesn’t work :$

 * Thanks for the suggestion. The problem persists even when all plugins are deactivated
   and when the Twenty Ten theme is active. Any other suggestions?

 * I just tried adding:
 * .adb {
    font-size:14px !important; display:block; color:#000000; }
 * at the end of the stylesheet. It doesn’t work this way, I guess. What else can
   I try?

 * I’ve uninstalled the plugin now because it led to display errors in IE. Perhaps
   someone can suggest a easy-to-install alternative

 * 😀 same here. I HeatMap theme was too ‘busy’. This one’s more relaxed

 * I do remember making changes to the single.php to put ads in it – I don’t know
   if these errors are a direct consequence of it, but your suggestion makes sense.
   However, I’ll opt for the easier solution and simply change the theme. Thanks.

 * Nope. I paste everything into HTML mode and then edit it. And it’s happening
   with all my posts (they appear fine in other browsers).
