 * Your usage numbers are way off (exaggerated) even accounting for extra usage
by bots and those using adblock. I have server logs to verify the huge discrepancy
between actual hits to site versus what your “Optimole usage reports” claim.
You have also raised the price a LOT since I signed up less than a month ago.
 * Not great way to launch your product (which functions great). Tactics like you
are using will get out. I know of two major blog outlets reviewing the plugin
which are rewriting their review articles based on the two issues mentioned above.
Price jump & inaccurate visit reports. Best of luck.

 * Counting bots as visitors is HORRIBLE usage analytics to count visits and then
charge for overage. That is unacceptable. I also noticed you went up on the pricing
   after I signed up.

 * Disregard. I have debugged the issue myself and fixed with custom css.

 * Harry, exact same issue here. Recurring as you mentioned. Did you ever track
down the issue? Checkout summary / payment options section loads temporarily,
   then it disappears.
    Thanks

 * Did you get this resolved? If not I can walk you through a process to recover
w/o a back up. Did you get any errors on update?

 * Same issue here. Any update on which editor.js file to make the correction in?
There are more than one in similar phbb. Thanks.

 * Very nice. Clean. One suggestion… nav needs to be responsive as well, right now
it’s not. Simple fix though. Again very nice.

 * Kaiberie. Same issues here on multiple client sites. A work-around “for widgets”
may be to enable accessibility mode in screen options. At least until a resolution
or the issue is announced. hope this helps.
