 * in some host you can find in Cpanel >> Security >> Mod Security
 * and disable for all domain and subdomains….

    But what 
   can I ask my hosting provider? I have the same problem with HostRocket, but with
   the same backup I done import in another hosting. what is the problem that the
   host will be done?

    I dont see the botton on my home page, on my site. I active the plugin and
   config on Appearance > To Top but I can’t see it on my site…. ?
