When you choose to import the data from csv or spreadsheet, this is done one time only, is not updating each time you make a modification to the source file.
There is no limitation to the lines of csv, maybe the data is not valid after that line.

yes, this is because the unlimited popups is altering the some core functions of wordpress and is breaking our plugin. if you check without the unlimited popups it should work ok.

Have you tried to uninstall all the plugins except this and change to default theme ? We are not aware of any bug with the 4.3.1 version.
