I got the same problem. Glad I’m not alone.
Home / Wallpaper/ Jungle wallpaper / Palm paradise
Home / Jungle wallpaper / Wallpaper / Palm paradise
I must say that I’ve set the subcategory (in this case Jungle wallpaper) to primary, as that’s the only way to make it appear in the breadcrumbs.
Hope there’s a solution soon!

Thanks for your reply. The arrow wasn’t triggered by any plugin or adjustments, but it was because the menu was set to topbar. I changed it to header and it works fine now.
Thanks and have a great day!
Thanks for your reply. Our theme has been adjusted and tweaked so heavily over the course of 3 years, that we don’t use any of the themes defined image sizes.
Only exception is the featured image, that we manually upload.
So if you, or anyone reading this, knows of any way to disable this – I would really appreciate it if you share it :).
Thanks, have a lovely day,

Sadly no, Alexia. I still have the same problem. We plan on hiring someone to integrate custom Google Maps for us, so we have more features.
But if you find a solution in the meantime, please let me know!
It works great now.
I fixed it by deleting the old single.php file in my child theme, and made the adjustments in the new child.php theme. I did this for all my .php files and the site runs a lot smoother now.
I will go through the changes/release notes now to check if there is anything else I need to adjust.
Thanks again for your help!
Have a wonderful day,
Thanks a lot bdbrown, I really appreciate you helping me! I’ll look through the release notes now, thanks!
Thanks for your quick reply!
I do have a modified single.php – but I did not remove the page-title line:
<?php get_header(); ?> <section class="content singlephp"> <?php get_template_part('inc/page-title'); ?>
When comparing the modified single.php to the original single.php, I did notice that there was a slight difference; my line uses ‘inc/’ and the original ‘parts/’.
I tried to adjust it to ‘parts/’ but it didn’t make a difference.
When I enter the code in functions.php, my website breaks down and give a 500 error.
Entering the code in shortcoder.php is OK and seems to solve the problem for desktop. On mobile the shortcodes still don’t work.
Am I doing something wrong here?

Really, I can’t adjust it? I’m sorry! Your fix worked and everything is running smooth again. Thanks and sorry again vaakash!
Thanks for the update – I’m still in desperate need for a plugin or function like this.
I reinstalled it (I’m on WP 4.4) and sadly, it still doesn’t work. When I click on either Non-Replied or Non-Replied Top Level, I see the exact same comments that are made by me.
It doesn’t filter out the comments made by me, nor the top replied.
My site is http://tipsthailand.nl/, in case you need it.
I’m still rooting for a solution. I don’t understand why no one else is desperate for this…!
That’s allright, life happens!
I tried that and the whole blog crashed – haha. If there is no other solution, maybe I’ll just let it be…
Well, that is disappointing – not that it’s any of your fault! I wonder how people can keep up with so many comments without losing overview…
Let’s hope there is a plugin or feature that makes it easier. If anyone who is reading has the answer – let me know!
