Today I tried again in a private window and detected a problem with the SMTP in the Contact Form.
After we fixed the problem the plugin worked!

I´m having the same problem. I do have a brazilian payment metod in which is posible to set the auto retorn. But i see that a lot of customers don´t return to the site because they leave the “trasaction funnel” when the payment is finished..
Because of this I set up the event “checkout_step_3” as goal in the GA, but i´m not shure if it is the best method to count the number of times users leave the site to go to the payment website.Many thanks for your help
