If so please let us know and we can add it to the knowledge base. You can do this by enabling disabling one at a time. We recommend disabling all at first and make sure it works, then go one by one. Shortcode and a URL showing the Email Before Download failingYou could also try to see if there is a conflict between the plugins you are using on your website. This can be done by disabling all the other plugins, and see if it works. It seems has some conflicts with other plugins. I recommend trying to disable/enable other plugins and try activate EBD in order to find out the conflict. Currently, we are working with WordPress in resolving the nonce vulnerability. The latest patch version 6.9.8 is currently under review by the WordPress security team. The plugin is not removed but just temporarily closed until the WP team verifies our update fixed the vulnerability and it is good to go. The goal is to get this restored ASAP. In regards to exporting the CSV, the url provided is an admin URL ([https://www.skilledatlife.com/wp-admin/admin-post.php?action=ebd.csv&table=wp_ebd_posted_data](https://www.skilledatlife.com/wp-admin/admin-post.php?action=ebd.csv&table=wp_ebd_posted_data)), so we don’t have an access to this and can’t judge about wha is happening there.
