 * The format for the date isn’t the same format as when the input is in the billing
   section and both the date and time inputs can’t be selected.

 * Is there a way I can email you any screenshots of what things look like when 
   the calendar is placed in the order notes? This is a client’s active site, so
   I don’t want to leave the calendar in order notes for an extended period of time
   when it is broken.

 * Yes I tested using short code for the checkout out page component and the issue
   still exists.
