 * Thanks for the help Goldfishflake, but where do I find the custom.css file? I
   can only see style.css and rtl.css.

 * Had a similar problem – couldn’t add new plugins.
 * Found someone making a comment that Nextgen had caused it – I have Nextgen galleries
   installed. Deactivated them – no difference. Deleted them totally – problem solved.

 * Tried that – no I still get the error.
 * If I remove the % characters its fine.

 * The problem appears to be elsewhere – when I disable or delete CFDB the problem
   still persists. Sorry to have raised a problem where your program appears now
   appears not to be at fault.

 * Well, I installed 1.9.13 and images upload fine – no problems. Did “reset defaults”
   button, then did the update. It DIDN’T WORK for me – the problem still exists–
   still it does show that 1.9.13 works on my problem sit. If only I could get 2.0.31
   to work…

 * Thanks tebeeson for the info, however I cannot do it in this case as each installation
   was new, rather than an update. maybe I ought to install 1.9.13 and then follow
   the process…

 * There is no Forums under the Settings either when it is activated or deactivated.
 * I have tried deleting it and reinstalling it – no change.
 * There are no other plug ins installed
