That is not a loginal solution. The size of the thumbnails is supposed to be fixed automatically by WooCommerce from Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Images
I do not need to resize the images manually before uploading them
I did this 1:1 from the Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce

1) I disabled all my plugins
2) then I only enabled WOOCOMMERCE and REGENERATE THUMBNAILS
3) I did this 1:1 from the Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce

I am using the official STOREFRONT theme and WOOCOMMERCE plugin
I have already done this 1:1 from the Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce
area https://snag.gy/KTzEG9.jpg and then I regenerated thumbnails using the Regenerate Thumbnails plugin you recommended.
