I fixed my issue i hope.The code was in my index.php files (All of them) so i downloaded WordPress and replaced all index.php files on my server with the clean ones from the WordPress download.I redownloaded my theme and replaced those index.php files also.That seems to have solved my problem.
I’m having the same issue.This just happened randomly.No changes made to my site.
