In reply to: [MailPoet - emails and newsletters in WordPress] Custom Posts Not AppearingHi @kerri9494,
sorry for your troubles.> I have ‘exclude_from_search’ => false in my custom post type function.
I have currently two questions:
* Is thepublic
valuetrue
when you register the post type?
* During which hook (It should beinit
) do you register your post type?To be able to replicate the issue, can you send me the code, with which you register your post type, that would be very much appreciated.
Thanks again for your patience.

In reply to: [MailPoet - emails and newsletters in WordPress] Insane pricingHi @robbielokeoys,
I’m sorry to hear you are having trouble with MailPoet. Could you please specify what do you mean by “it’s not working”?
If you’ve been using MailPoet for a longer period, you may be using MailPoet 2 (https://www.mailpoet.com/account/) instead of MailPoet 3 (https://account.mailpoet.com/). Would you please try using the different account page if the one you tried is not working?
We noticed your MailPoet 2 license expired four weeks ago, so this would explain why the old version stopped working – if that’s the case. If you have any questions about your licenses between the different versions, please contact us here.
Regarding pricing, we haven’t increased our prices in quite some time. The 6k plan you mentioned also includes our Sending Service to help you deliver your emails to your subscribers’ inboxes. If you prefer to deliver them using other sending services or from your hosting provider, you can continue using the Blogger license, which is cheaper and without a limit for the number of subscribers.
Hi @josklever,
Thanks for reporting the issue, and sorry for the trouble it might have caused you.
We already fixed it and you should be able to download the fixed version from WordPress.org or GitHub.

Hi @murlyn, the code you used before was refactored in 3.64.0 and can no longer be called statically.
I don’t think there is an easier solution than what you found, however, as these static methods are not meant to be used publicly (we only offer a limited public API), they can change in the future and even your current solution can stop working.
Hi @the-muffin-top,
could you please share what follows after the “ORMException:”? It should contain the specific error and could help identify what’s happening.
Thanks!
Hi @bastienberenguier, we are not aware of any issues with PHP 7.4 and server-side cron. If you still have the cron set up as before (as per the “Newsletter task scheduler (cron)” setting), can you please check in your server logs if there are any errors logged?
Can you also please check the “MailPoet > Help > System Status” page if there aren’t any errors?
Thanks!
Hello @jocelynvlaar,
those subscribers are most certainly regular WordPress users. If you navigate in the main menu to Users > All Users you should see those test users in there. If you delete those users they should also disappear from MailPoet.
Hello @habd,
I just tested the email address “info@xxx.baby”, and it worked fine, and I was able to use it as a sender address. So there is probably a different reason it does not work for you.
Are you using the MailPoet sending service? Is this email address authorized? Are you using another plugin for email address validation?

In reply to: [MailPoet - emails and newsletters in WordPress] not verifying on godadyHi there,
the DNS verification depends on several variables. One of them is the previous timeout. If the timeout was longer it can take a long time to verify. I can see it has been several hours since you posted this question. Are you still experiencing the issue?

In reply to: [MailPoet - emails and newsletters in WordPress] Free Vs. Premium? VersionsHi there,
The MailPoet 3 free plugin is available to use for anyone and can be used to send newsletters. However, it is limited to 1,000 subscribers. If you have more than that, you need to purchase the Premium plugin, enabling sending to an unlimited number of subscribers, and it has other premium features.
When sending your newsletters you can use any method you like. Your web host, Amazon SES, Sendgrid, and so on. In this case, the above applies. Or you can the MailPoet Sending Service which is free for 1,000 subscribers or less. The pricing can be found here.

Hi there,
You can read about post notifications in this blog post.
When you create a post notification, you need to include an Automatic Latest Content content block. In the block settings, you can specify a category. This category is then used to determine when the plugin sends the email.
Hi there,
you can find about categories and tags here. This is a beginner friendly tutorial on categories.
Regards
Pavel
