 * I contacted Lester Chan and he responded with:
 * Actually, it is a bug. The announcement prefix has always been in the plugin.
   Just that it is a bug that prevents it from displaying.
 * To remove this feature, just remove line 198 [https://github.com/lesterchan/wp-sticky/blob/master/wp-sticky.php#L198](https://github.com/lesterchan/wp-sticky/blob/master/wp-sticky.php#L198).
 * I removed line 198 and it worked perfectly. 🙂
