I’m getting the same thing.
Is the new version going released soon? I just donwloaded the latest (2.0.3) and I have the same problem. Until it’s fixed, the plugin is kind of useless.

UPDATE: It was all me! The theme was using <?= get_the_content() ?> instead of <?php the_content() ?>. The plugin works as expected and is awesome!
