   thank you so much for sorting this 123-reg issue. I’ve spent hours and hours 
   trying to resolve this, and had reached the point of deciding to cancel the hosting
   and return to .com… and one last search turfed up your posting. Thank you. And
   I noticed the extra colon, but thought it must mean something and be necessary…
