You’re right, that was someone else. But it’s irrelevant to the point I made, that as of today there is zero support for this theme in the forum.
I seems it doesn’t matter whether he contacted support before or not: his request has been ignored for a week, and it’s the only post in the forum…
What good is that if the app is so broken it doesn’t let you post? As I said, while it works well for some sites, it is a complete non-starter for others. 100% useless in those cases, and support is no help.
“Most support”? Read the policy again: it says “NOT via this forum”.
Regardless, any plugin where the dev gives himself 5 stars, without disclosure, is 1 star by default to balance out that vote.
