In reply to: [Multiple Page Generator Plugin - MPG] help with short code for cities linksHi. This is example shortcode for project “US Cities”.
[mpg project-id="1" where="mpg_state_id={{mpg_state_id}}" order-by="mpg_city" direction="desc" limit="5" base-url="https://domain.com/"] <a href="{{mpg_city}}">{{mpg_city}}</a><br> [/mpg]
As you can see, in “where” described condition for picking cities that belong to current-page city
<b>order-by</b> – this is the column by which the sorting will occur
direction – can be “asc”, “desc” or “random”
limit – number of rows that will be shown in list
base-url – address of your website, that will be used for creating correct link to the pages. Formula: base-url + mpg_city in this case.Detailed in docs: https://docs.mpgwp.com/article/12-how-to-generate-list-of-mpg-pages
Could you, please, describe more detailed, what’s wrong with Bing? Can you share a screenshot?

In reply to: [Multiple Page Generator Plugin - MPG] Values not passed throughThe reason was found.
It’s due to wrong priority of hook firing, if user use Thieve Architect page builder.If will be fixed in MPG 2.8.2, but if any, you can go to wp-content\plugins\multiple-pages-generator-by-porthas\controllers\HookController.php and change
add_action('template_redirect', ['MPG_CoreController', 'mpg_view_multipages_standard'], 1);
toadd_action('template_redirect', ['MPG_CoreController', 'mpg_view_multipages_standard']);
When MPG 2.8.2 will be released, users just can define the constant in config.php
define('MPG_EXPERIMENTAL_FEATURES', true);

In reply to: [Multiple Page Generator Plugin - MPG] Template Posts Not ShowingYes, this can happen when you activate the plugin. If the database does not contain the required columns for the current version, they will be created, if the column exists, it will not be created again.
But this entry in the log may be outdated, and not appear at the moment of opening the project page in the MPG.Could you look at the log file right after you open the project page?

In reply to: [Multiple Page Generator Plugin - MPG] Template Posts Not ShowingAdd this lines to wp-config.php in a root folder,
define( 'WP_DEBUG', true ); define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', true ); define( 'SCRIPT_DEBUG', true ); define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );
then reload MPG page and send screenshot of latest lines from /wp-content/debug.log

In reply to: [Multiple Page Generator Plugin - MPG] Template Posts Not ShowingNot that request.
You need to open Developer tools (inspect element), then reload the page, and go to Network and find there request with 500 error status.

In reply to: [Multiple Page Generator Plugin - MPG] Template Posts Not ShowingOk, as you can see in a firsts rows, the server respond with status-code 500.
Go to Network tab (instead of Console), and find here request with status code 500 (most probably, marked red), make click to this request, and go to sub-tab “Preview”, like this: https://prnt.sc/1100nq7

In reply to: [Multiple Page Generator Plugin - MPG] Template Posts Not ShowingHi.
Looks like some javascript troubles, or sever sent unexpected response.
Can you send screenshot (or link to the text file) with response in Console?Go to MPG Dashboard, then right-click in any place of the page, then “Inspect element” and go to “Console” tab (if you’re using Chrome, but if don’t, in other browsers flow is similar) and reload the page.
You should see something like a https://prnt.sc/10zzs86Also, will be nice, if you can enable debug mode in WordPress and send debug.log file
Or, you can look at the debug file yourself, probably the reason for the error will be indicated there.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Multiple Page Generator Plugin - MPG] Values not passed through@akiikiwporg Hi, ok, I’ll install Thrive Architect in my local website and check how it’s working with MPG ver. 2.8.

In reply to: [Multiple Page Generator Plugin - MPG] MPG stopped working, 404@webreturn10 Hi.
Did you tried to deactivate and activate the plugin again?I can’t reproduce the problems you reported.
Do you have a staging (development version) of your website, where you can install MPG 2.8 and check it again, without affecting live site?
Will be nice to get screenshots or even better – screencast, where I can see the problems you described.Hi, @akiikiwporg
Yes, the solution with “do_shortcode()” looks alive.
I am glad that everything worked out for you and thank you so much for sharing your experience.
