 * I see in the Woocommerce status same email templates are old, do you think maybe
   this cause the problem, if yes how can I update these files?

 * Dear sir,
    Thank tou very much for yor replay. My site is using only the Dutch
   language And am using also loco translate plugin and I don’t use child theme.
