Do you have any other plugins installed, other than the Playbuzz plugin? * Also, if you could open the console (just hit f12 on your keyboard), you should be able to see if there were any errors. To find out what went wrong, it would help us a lot to see the exact error: * 1. If you’re using Chrome, hit f12 (should open your developer console) 2. Go to the “network” tab. 3. Now open the Playbuzz plugin, and when you see the error, go back to the network tab in the developer tools. You should see a bunch of new lines in there 4. Look for a **red** line. If you hover over it with your mouse, you should see that the url there starts with “rest-api-v2.playbuzz.com/ v2/items”. Click on it to select it. 5.
