This is very likely to occur on shared hosts. At this point the best way forward if to hire a developer and get a plugin like say this one, modified to support IP addresses. The users should be able to traverse the site as **theirDomain.net**. `mod_rewrite` and WP will take care of the urls. * The same applies to both subsites and subdomains.
