 * OK, now sorted – I knew it would be something stupid. When there was the PHP
problem with 1.3.21, I temporarily removed the webform shortcode from my website
page. I then re-instated the short code by cut/paste from the webform management
area. However this short code has two spaces between show_webform and identifier,
so doesn’t get translated. At the next update, please check the example short
code on the webform management page to ensure it can be directly cut/pasted.
 * Anyway, thanks for the plug-in and taking the time to respond initially.

 * I’ve tried installing on a different website with a different theme – same problem.
I then created a completely new WordPress site – no theme or any other plug-ins,
just installed WP (v5.8.2), loaded the EntryWizard plug-in and created a page
to display the example webforms, and again it displays the short code rather
than the form. So no conflicts with other plug-ins or themes.

 * I’ve just tried completely removing then re-installing EntryWizard with no error
messages. The back-end control panel looks fine, but when I try to display just
the example webform, I still see the short-code, which is not being translated
into the form. Before the update to 1.3.21 (and PHP7.4) everything was working
   OK.

 * Resolved – the update log for Version 6.0.5 says to delete cookies, which has
   resolved the issue.

 * As an update to my post, I tried rolling back to Version 1.8.3 and the tables
now center OK, so something has definitely changed at Version 1.8.4.

 * Well, I’m very impressed by your quick response and detailed information. I’ve
installed the Download plug-in and it works very well – perfectly fine for my
needs. Many thanks for your assistance.

 * I’ve had the same problem when Mac users have tried to use the advanced uploader
for uploading images. However the upload usually succeeds and it is only the
success message that does not display. That means the users are not sure of the
status, so I added a link to allow users to check whether their images have been
added to the media library – not ideal, but it works for now.
