When there was the PHP problem with 1.3.21, I temporarily removed the webform shortcode from my website page. I then re-instated the short code by cut/paste from the webform management area. However this short code has two spaces between show_webform and identifier, so doesn’t get translated. I then created a completely new WordPress site – no theme or any other plug-ins, just installed WP (v5.8.2), loaded the EntryWizard plug-in and created a page to display the example webforms, and again it displays the short code rather than the form. The back-end control panel looks fine, but when I try to display just the example webform, I still see the short-code, which is not being translated into the form. However the upload usually succeeds and it is only the success message that does not display. That means the users are not sure of the status, so I added a link to allow users to check whether their images have been added to the media library – not ideal, but it works for now.
