That is exactly my understanding of the current process. Unfortunately I did not take note of the urls as I uploaded them, so Ill have to browse via the host control panel. I was really looking/hoping for a plugin that adds the ability to insert a link to one of the files into a post or page via the toolbar in wordpress.
