 * Thanks for the quick reply. I’ve already viewed that link and followed “Through
   the automatic emailer”.
 * Do you know of any other options? I tried clicking the “reply” on my email (someone
   did this in a previous forum) but that didn’t work. I deleted the cache etc.
 * I don’t know how else to get my password.

 * I’m not sure how I can go to my control panel since I’m not logged onto the website.
 * Is PHPMyAdmin the same as this site?[http://www.phpmyadmin.net/home_page/](http://www.phpmyadmin.net/home_page/)
 * If it’s not, can you please provide more guidance on retaining the link via email.
   After reading the forum it seems to be a familiar issue, why is that?
