They had earlier told me that it was due to the webs server not clearing the cache. However, now the custom variables are not working. I added them like this * ``` _tracking_provider _custom_tracking_provider _tracking_number _custom_tracking_link _date_shipped ``` * And in message, I am using like this: `Your order no. %id% has been shipped on %_date_shipped% via %_tracking_provider% with tracking number %_tracking_number` * Can you please let me know what I need to change?
