Check for the presence of the mbstring package in `phpinfo()`. 2. Use the default theme and stop all plugins except this plugin and see if you still get the same error. 3. We are also sorry for any inconvenience it may cause. * However, this kind of action discourages developers who develop plug-ins for free.
