   permalink structure again.
    You’re advice was absolutely no help at all sorry
   seeing i didn’t understand a word of the stuff on the link. Also I didn’t set
   a custom permalink, i just clicked on the option of ‘postname’ and it created
   it automatically.
 * What did work was resetting the whole wordpress site and adding back each recipe
   to the appropriate url.
 * All fixed now.
