 * did u remove the install folder and install.php or it will do that

 * u need to go to ya config file in file manager and make sure ya databae name 
   is correct and all that or it wont allow u to access the database and get the
   stuff but make sure database host but most use localhost as well becouse it deflat
   if u useing godaddy u need to wait for database o create and all and get the 
   database host link from that as well so please make sure ya config fikle is correct

 * your missing some files i think it may be plugins sidebars and header not sure
   maybe that should help and dontforget php ini configure as well so it can access
   database as well

 * well u can look up that in yahoo search and all and see if someone already made
   it u may find nice one froo just look up free classifide theme for wordpress 
   download thats what i usely do and mod that as to fit my cundisions and all
