    Hello,

    Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

It seems like there is a proxy enabled on your website/server that is causing the issue.

So could you please go to WordPress Admin > Loginizer > Dashboard.
There look for the value of “Your IP Address” and then match that IP with the IP you get on https://whatismyipaddress.com/

If both IP’s are different then proxy is causing the issue. So to fix that change the “Method” at the end of your IP address row and set the value as “HTTP_X_FORWARDED_FOR” and click the “Save” button.

    This should resolve your issue.

If you still face the issue do let us know.

    Hello,

You can fix this by going to WordPress admin panel -> Loginizer Dashboard page -> on the “Your IP Address” row there is a dropdown named “Method” choose custom and enter HTTP_CF_CONNECTING_IP and click on the Save button.

This should fix the issue you are facing.

Do let us know if you face any issues.

    Hello,

We are sorry that you had to face that issue.

We went on to your website and we found out that you are using custom login which is not supported by Loginizer as of now. We are in process of adding support for that and it will be released soon. Would you please tell us which plugin/theme you are using for custom login so we can add support for that.

    Regards,
    Loginizer Team

    Hello @tedysetiadi99

Will you please elaborate what issue you are facing so we could help you out.
And if the issue is different from the one that is being talked in this thread it would be great if you could create a new thread about it so that different issues don’t end up being mixed up in a single thread.

    Hi,

Sorry for the delay in response.

The IPv6.php file is a library we use to support IPv6 IP ranges for features like Brute foce, blacklist and whitelist.

It is safe to use this file and there is no malware in this file.

You can compare your file with our latest repo to be sure by the latest Loginizer files here downloading here :

If you would like us to compare it please attach the wp-content/plugins/loginizer-security/IPv6/IPv6.php file here and we will verify it for you.
