Love the plugin and have added it to many site at my Google reps suggestion!
But I am having the same issue
The plugin no longer shows the header and footer section where I can add code on individual pages.
I only shows a block at the very bottom of each page that says:
disable top injection
disable bottom injection
I don’t think that plugin has been updated for WordPress 5.1.1
Any help you can provide would be appreciated.
