 * My issue with Forminator and WordPress has been resolved. Once Forminator was
   deleted, it was reinstalled and works correctly. Thanks to all involved for your
   assitance. I was pleased that our forms were preserved.

 * I attempted to delete the Forminator file directly and have no success.

 * Thank you for your response Fida. I appreciate the advice.
 * At present time, I am unable to delete Forminator so that I can reinstall it 
   fresh.
 * I get the following error: Could not fully remove the plugin forminator/forminator.
   php.

 * Thanks for your response, Patrick.
 * The advice that you recommended did not work.
 * It seems that the forminator shortcode is no longer compatible with WordPress.
 * The User Interface from the Dashboard does not look correct. Clicking the button‘
   Preview’ or ‘Copy Shortcode’ buttons does nothing.
 * I would like to avoid having to move to a different plugin for our applicaiton.
   If you think there’s something that will fix this problem, please let me know.
 * I have attached a few photos.
