I answer to myself. and I leave here how I solved it in case it helps someone.

You need to access via ftp to wp-content/plugins/mailpoet/views/subscription

In this file, download the html file called manage_subcriptions.html and edit it. In the line 11 delete <span class=”mailpoet-change-email-info”><%= editEmailInfo|raw %></span> or change it.
