    I contacted Bluehost and they fixed the issue for me.

 * Okay I just managed to get to file manager through Bluehost. Sorry I’m so new
   to all of this so still learning! I searched ‘cache’ in files and this was the
   only reference to ‘advanced cache’:
    /public_html/wp-content/advanced-cache.php

 * Thank you for your response. Unfortunately I can’t access anything from the dashboard.
   Anything I click on just bring up the error and nothing else so I don’t know 
   how I could get to the cache plugin folder.
