   I found there was a conflict with the plugin Divi Assistant.I’ve not
   yet found which DA setting is causing it but I’ve overcome it by adding:.forminator-
   label { display: block !important; opacity: 1 !important; visibility: visible!
   important; }

 * Thank you, I changed the way they are submitted from ‘Ajax’ to ‘Page reload’ 
   and this seems to have resolved the issue in most cases

 * As an update for future visitors to this post; I’ve now de-activated the ‘Find
   Us’ plug-in (which integrates Google Maps with WordPress by Roland Rust), which
   was on that page, and it’s now working fine.
