@stowbee Yes, that is taking quite a while to load. WP Terms Popup does probably fire too late and it’s something I’m interested in fixing in the future.
For right now, I did a quick run of Chrome’s Performance Insights tool and it shows nearly 4.5 seconds until your first contentful paint and almost 5 seconds for the DOM to load everything.
Were things that slow before you installed and started using WP Terms Popup?
It’s been a month without a response so I’m marking this as resolved.
@mattystrya WP Terms Popup has a pretty high z-index on the overlay (9999998) and the popup (9999999).
You might need to adjust the z-index on the top menu items and the logo, or the WP Terms Popup elements, using the Customizer to get the result you want.
Sorry, it’s hard for me to troubleshoot individual theme issues based on a screenshot.
@tersiaws Thanks for this report. You’ve definitely found a bug in the plugin. I’m going to issue a fix (2.5.1) today.
I would suggest, since you are using caching, to run WP Terms Popup with the “Load popups with JavaScript?” option turned on. You can learn more about it here:
https://termsplugin.com/support/load-popups-with-javascript/
Clear your cache after enabling that option. This might solve your problem immediately.
@tersiaws This could be a caching or a cookie issue. Can you share the URL? If you don’t want to post it here, you can send it to me using our Support form:
@poojadhi16 Unfortunately, that’s not a feature currently available in WP Terms Popup.
Interstitial popups, like the kind generated by WP Terms Popup, should have no impact on search engine indexing. WP Terms Popup overlays on top of the content of a site but does not remove or hinder that content from being displayed.
@williamews This is a feature found only in White Label Pro. If you have more questions, please contact me via our support form.
@cloudbreak90 Triggering a popup with a button click is not available at this time. This has become a popular request this year so I’ve added it to the feature roadmap but I don’t have a timetable available for its release.
Thanks for reporting this issue. I’ll look at a fix in the upcoming November release.
This was solved with some custom CSS to compensate for some styling the theme was missing for input buttons.
@gio89 Is your site viewable online somewhere? Can you send me the URL to support@linksoftwarellc.com when you have a moment?
@gio89 Thanks for the screenshot. Can you tell me what theme you are using?
@marie999 If your subscribers/customers are logging into your site with the standard WordPress admin login then White Label will work for you. If they are logging in with a form you embed in a page, or post, on your site then it will not.
I hope that helps you out. If you have more questions, please let me know.
@chantalf Sorry but I’m not quite sure I understand. WP Terms Popup doesn’t interact directly with any WordPress user accounts. Declining a popup should just direct the user to whichever URL you specify.
These forums are difficult to deal with support issues like this. Would you mind emailing me directly at support@linksoftwarellc.com with more information?
