 * I already activated the plugin across the network, so that when a new blog is
   created the widget is in the widget area waiting to be used.
 * I don’t know how to add it to the side bar by default.
 * From your link I understood there was a way to edit the sidebar.php to add static
   widgets to the sidebar but I don’t know how to code that.
 * Anyone?
