Thanks. It’s here:
https://www.ringalink.ie/contact-us
I found the problem. If you load that page it’s secure. Then when you tick the ‘tick to agree’ box it becomes insecure because the tick is a .png image which is referenced by a URL beginning with http:// in fm-style-38.css with the following lines:
.fm-form-container.fm-theme38 .fm-form .checkbox-div input[type="checkbox"]:checked + label span:after
I could change this file manually but it could and probably will be overwritten by a Form Maker update.

Yes, I need further assistance. The forms are still not secure. I created a new form, added it to the contact page in place of the old form, and removed the social media icons in case they were causing the problem, but the page is still insecure.
Well spotted! I’ve fixed it now. However, that link is on other pages and they still show as secure.
I think everything on that page except the form is https now.
Thanks. Yes, that would explain it. I had a look at the CSS, and wondered about that localhost link. It’s obviously an issue related to migration from local to live site, as the tick box still works on the local version that I use to test things.
The page is here:
http://www.ringalink.ie/contact-us/
Scroll down the page to see the form.I removed the field and added it again, and it’s not clickable.

Thanks for your help. I had not added the last stop, editing the post to include the link.
I can see that my test registration has been verified in submissions.
Thanks again.
