 * Hi lastsplash, I also surmised that Jetpack’s lazy loading was conflicting with
Visual Portfolio and turned off Jetpack’s lazy loading. That does stop the problem
from happening. I don’t know how you can resolve the conflict between your lazy
loading algorithm and Visual Portfolio but we need that plugin.
    Thanks again,
   Lesley

 * Using the theme you suggested, Twenty Twenty-Two, the problem is even worse,
   if I may say so. Here’s a screenshot: [https://snipboard.io/SMhF0O.jpg](https://snipboard.io/SMhF0O.jpg)

And I do not want to use Twenty Twenty-Two fyi, as it does not have a right sidebar
which I need. Would you ask the theme authors to debug this problem? It seems
to be Jetpack’s issue. Thank you.

 * Please see [https://snipboard.io/5zs6SH.jpg](https://snipboard.io/5zs6SH.jpg)

The third row of images is supposed to have text under it like the row above
which has black text boxes saying, e.g. Tell It On Tuesday,Not Just Jazz, Marsh
Youth Theater. Instead, the row below (row 3) and below that are truncated. All
the images have an aspect ratio of 2:3, and the images below row2 are 1:1 (square)
This is due to Jetpack ‘lazy loading’. If I turn off that feature, all images
are shown w/aspect ratio 2:3. thanks.

 * Hello bruceallen, I reset the homepage display so that the ‘streaming’ images
are a grid, and now you can see the problem on our test site., the row of images
below the second row are truncated. If I go to Jetpack and turn off ‘lazy loading’
the problem goes away. You can see the problem here: [https://dev1.themarsh.org/site/](https://dev1.themarsh.org/site/)

 * The screenshot you sent doesn’t show the problem. I re-activated Jetpack on our
live site and turned on lazy loading, the images below row 2 are truncated. Please
take a look, I cannot seem to embed or attach a screenshot here.
    It is definitely
the ‘lazy loading’ component causing the problem. The live site url is [https://themarsh.org](https://themarsh.org)

 * I disabled Jetpack on our live site – here is the url to our test site which
   illustrates the problem [https://dev1.themarsh.org/site/](https://dev1.themarsh.org/site/)

On the home page there is a grid of images for our theater with text boxes showing
date, time and location of the shows. They are truncated after the first 2 rows
of images. This is I think due to problems in jetpack-lazy-loading. If I disable
Jetpack the problem goes away, or if I change the viewport, the boxes are shown
   in full

 * On second thought, it seems like this won’t work insofar as the Query_Wrangler
plugin is set up to pull in only fields related to WP posts.
