 * Hi Jay,
 * Yes indeed, after running through WP Healthcheck, I found that in addition to
   the Logo rendering issue, Rest API calls and Crons were not running on the site.
   When I checked some subdomain sites, the issue did not occur, which gave further
   evidence that it was site specific.
 * So, I reached out to 20i, and sure enough, their system had limited Rest API
   calls. They made some sort of adjustment on their site and lo and behold, the
   PDF Logo rendering issue was resolved.
 * Thanks so much for following up! I’ll mark this thread as resolved.

 * Hello again,
 * I followed all of your checks and suggestions, and also uploaded a new logo via
   the settings, and then changed the theme, but get the same result.
 * For now, I’ve just created a copy of the template that leaves out the logo instruction.
 * I’ll reach out to 20i about the allow_url_fopen issue mentioned in the other
   thread.

 * Hello,
 * I’ve been using JetpackCRM without issue for over a year, but in the last week
   or so, have started experiencing the same image not rendering in PDF issue. My
   host is 20i, and I don’t know of any changes there that I have been able to identify.
 * The image in question is this one – [https://internotable.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/11/InterNotableLogo.png](https://internotable.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/11/InterNotableLogo.png)–
   but I have tried a few other images, all with the same result.
 * I also went over the Stack Overflow article and tried hard coding the URL in
   the template as suggested, but get the same result. Any insights or suggested
   testing I can do would be great.

 * Hello, just following up.
 * For now, I have simply set -fixed.frontend-admin-message to display:none; to
   stop front end form submits from appearing at the top of the browser window,
   but would very much like to return the success notifications to the same location
   as error messages, which continue to appear at the top of the Div I have the
   form located within.
 * Many thanks for any insight into how I can do that.

 * Hi, just checking in. Any idea about how to get success messages to work as all
   the failure messages do, which is at the top of the form, rather than the top
   of the page.
 * Many thanks,

 * Hello again. I noticed that errors (a Nonce error in the particular case I saw
   it) still display at the top of the Frontend Admin Form container, which is what
   I am hoping I can revert to on my installation.
 * For complex pages, having the notifications at the top of the form are really
   nice.

 * Thank you for the reply!
 * In case it helps anyone, the mistake I was making was thinking that the ID needed
   to be just the slug of the custom field, so I was leaving the “jetpackcrm-” part
   that needs to be in front of the slug off of the text I was entering into the
   CSS ID on the Jetpack form.
 * Once I added that (so, ‘jetpackcrm-slug-name’), everything worked as expected.

 * Hello,
 * Just updating, I found nothing displayed on Debug, and also changed the theme,
   as well as backdate WordPress to see if the recent update had anything to do
   with it, but the plugin is still not appearing.
 * In looking at the github archive, I can see a number of checks are made, and
   I suspect something is not coming back with a proper result, but I have no idea
   how to troubleshoot it, since nothing is being triggered as a log entry.
 * Also has the WPengine folks take a look from their side, and they can’t find
   anything out of place either.
 * Any help you could provide pointing me where to look would be very helpful, since
   everything seems to be set up properly.
 * Thanks,
 * Rob

 * Hi Donna,
 * I have indeed done that on a dev environment, making sure everything is updated
   and disabling all but the Sensei app and the plugin, and it still fails to function.
 * I did not try turning on WordPress debug, which I will do, but otherwise I don’t
   see any error messages in the logs or browser consoles, and as far as I know,
   nothing else changed on the site.
 * If there’s anywhere you think I might look to see what might be happening. It
   appears that the plugin is simply not launching, and I’m not quite sure where
   to start looking for a cause.
 * Thanks, Rob

 * Thank you for the update. It is a great LMS plugin — really as good or better
   than anything comparative that is out there, so I’m looking forward to being
   able to continue using it once the issue is ironed out.

 * Yeah, that is true I think. The specific problem I experienced is that the Divi
   Visual Builder won’t load when Coursepress is installed. That is true even if
   the page to be edited (like the Home page or Contact page for example, doesn’t
   have any Coursepress content on it.
 * The two links I provided show the errors that are apparently caused by Coursepress
   not using a standard editor call function if I understood what the Divi guys
   shared.
 * Because the Divi developers believe the errors are caused by Coursepress, they
   won’t work to provide a fix.
 * Thanks,
 * Rob
